Mr. Sarmoen is the Executive Vice President of WBS, and is ultimately
responsible for the financial and property management, construction,
accounting, marketing, and human resources functions for the organization,
as well as overseeing the company's day-to-day operations. After joining in
1998, he helped the company grow from 140,000 square feet to over
4,000,000 square feet throughout 6 states. He earned his Bachelors Degree
from the University of Florida.

Vice President of Construction

Mr. Herman is V.P. of Construction. He is responsible for managing on-site
Property and Construction Managers with the emphasis on the timely
completion of both tenant improvement work and building renovations.
With 35 years of diversified Construction experience, he is a valued asset to
our company.
Steven Aberman,
Senior Acquisition / Leasing Manager

Mr. Aberman joined WBS as Senior Acquisition Manager. He is responsible for
leasing, acquisition and dispositions. Mr. Aberman has closed over $100 million
in transactions for WBS and procured leases for Fortune one Hundred
companies. His business management and strategic planning abilities
contribute to the efficient operations of this division and the proactive
development of our staff.
Michele Gootenberg,
Senior Office Manager

Ms. Gootenberg came to WBS back in 2001 with over 20 years experience as
an Administrative Assistant. She oversees the Accounting Department,
monitoring the financial performance of our properties and develops annual
budgets to ensure we meet our goals. Ms. Gootenberg’s hard work has been
instrumental in the phenomenal growth of WBS.
Senior Property Manager

Mr. Cannon is the Senior Property Manager responsible for tenant relations
with more than 400 tenants. His skills as I.T. Manager are bringing innovative
technologies to keep WBS Properties on the cutting edge. He has already
implemented and installed security cameras at two of our properties with the
goal of setting them up at all WBS centers. His day to day activities include
rent Collection, CAM reconciliation, and corporate tenant relations. Mr.
Cannon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Florida
Atlantic University, with a specialization in Management.
