Ro Sarmoen,
Executive Vice President

Mr. Sarmoen is the Executive Vice President of WBS, and is ultimately
responsible for the financial and property management, construction,
accounting, marketing, and human resources functions for the organization,
as well as overseeing the company's day-to-day operations. After joining in
1998, he helped the company grow from 140,000 square feet to over
4,000,000 square feet throughout 6 states. He earned his Bachelors Degree
from the University of Florida.

Mr. Cannon is the Senior Property Manager responsible for tenant relations
with more than 400 tenants. His skills as I.T. Manager are bringing innovative
technologies to keep WBS Properties on the cutting edge. He has already
implemented and installed security cameras at two of our properties with the
goal of setting them up at all WBS centers. His day to day activities include
rent Collection, CAM reconciliation, and corporate tenant relations. Mr.
Cannon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Florida
Atlantic University, with a specialization in Management.

in transactions for WBS and procured leases for the likes of Fortune Hundred
companies Wal-Mart and Office Depot. His business management and
strategic planning abilities contribute to the efficient operations of this division
and the proactive development of our staff.
